Article XX -- Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall be effective for a period of two (2) years, commencing
September 1, 2006, and extending through August 31, 2008.
Any modification of this Agreement can be made only by mutual written
agreement between the System and the Association.
At any time subsequent to December 9, 2007, either party may give written notice
of its intention to open negotiations for a new agreement.
The parties shall commence negotiations within thrity (30) days thereafter.
