ARTICLE VII - MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
The Association has the right to hold membership meetings on the School premises. Such
meetings will be on school days only; and, if in the morning, they will begin no earlier than one
(1) hour before sign in time and will end no later than ten (10) minutes prior to sign in time.
The scheduling of union meetings shall not interfere with the contractual work day. The Principal,
under normal circumstances, will be given 24 hours' notice of the Association's intent to hold a meeting and will designate the room in which the meeting is to be held in sufficient time for the posting of the location. Such notice will be given verbally to the Principal by the Senior Delegate or in writing to the Principal's secretary or other office personnel. The rights under this clause will not be abused.
